Tulane MBA:
Dean Ira Solomon awarded diplomas to 717 new graduates of the A. B. Freeman School of Business. That number includes 77 Master of Accounting graduates, 156 Master of Business Administration graduates, 127 Master of Finance graduates, 14 Master of Global Management graduates, 9 Master of Management graduates and 27 Master of Management in Energy graduates.

On Leap Day I decided to take advantage of the extra 24 hours and the beautiful weather (it was 76 degrees and sunny), and head to one of my favorite parts of town: The Bywater.
Most people that visit town don’t know about this little gem of a community, but it packs a ton of character into a few blocks.
I didn’t get a good picture of dinner, but we finished off the trek with a hot plate from The Joint. Great BBQ if you’re ever in the area!

This annual event allows MBA students from all over the country to connect and interview with a variety of companies and organizations that hire MBA graduates every year. FCG exists through the support of the Tulane Association of Business Alumni and the Levy-Rosenblum Institute for Entrepreneurship. In light of the recent US “fiscal cliff” and “debt ceiling” discussions I would like to bring the bigger picture of “Economic Armageddon” into view. I’m an undergrad senior at Tulane, and the Bywater is one of my favorite places in the city. I just wish I would have discovered it sooner. Cool pictures and excellent choice on the Joint – in my opinion, the Joint has the best BBQ in the state! If you haven’t already, you should also check out Cake Café and Elizabeth’s!
